Oracle cuts 21,000 jobs during AI infrastructure shift (opens in new tab)

Oracle reduced its full-time workforce to about 141,000 employees as of May 31, 2026, down from about 162,000 a year earlier, a cut of roughly 21,000 jobs, or about 13% of staff, according to its annual regulatory filing.
