AND THEN YOU CAN DECORATE IT OFF. AND, YOU KNOW, WITH SOME BLUEBERRIES AND A LITTLE TENDERING THERE FOR THE NOSE AND SOME COCONUT RIGHT AND I LOVE PERSONALLY, I USE GREEK YOGURT BECAUSE IT’S GOT 15 GRAMS OF HIGH-QUALITY PROTEIN. THAT’S VERY FIRST SERVING, RIGHT? SO IT’S REALLY GOING TO HELP FILL THEM UP, ESPECIALLY THAT’S A CHRISTMAS MORNING. SURE, AFTER THEY’VE YOU KNOW, THEY’RE GOING JOY, ALL THE TREATMENT YOU ARE. WE WANT TO HAVE NICE IMPROPERLY FUEL. SO THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY. SO IF YOU YOU MADE THAT AND THAT’S REALLY COOL. I LOVE IT. WHAT A GREAT IDEA AND HOW FUN TO GET THE KIDS INVOLVED. WHAT I LOVE ABOUT AREAS THAT IT REALLY IS SUCH A GREAT AND VESSEL FOR LAKE HIGH FIBER FOODS LIKE WHOLE GRAIN CRACKERS. AND, YOU KNOW, VEGGIES AND IF YOUR KIDS DON’T LIKE SPICY, FEEL LIKE I’M NOT A BIG FAN OF BUT LIKE SO FEEL LIKE SPICY EVERY NOW AND JUST DO IT WITHOUT THE JALAPENO RIGHT. AND SO ITS SUITES WITH THAT CRAM MARY. BUT THEN YOU’RE GETTING THAT TURN IS FROM THE CREAM CHEESE. REALLY, REALLY FUN. AND IT’S A GREAT APPETIZER FALL FOR THE HOLIDAYS AND ALSO MAKING SURE PEOPLE ARE EATING THEIR VEGGIES. I LOVE THAT. I LOVE THAT. THIS IS A UNIQUE IDEA. I’VE NEVER SEEN THIS TIME. YES. SO IT’S THE 5TH NIGHT OF HANUKKAH RIGHT? AND LOT CAUSE ARE VERY TRADITIONAL IN MONACO, RIGHT? THERE USUALLY SERVED WITH APPLESAUCE OR SOUR CREAM. WELL, THIS IS MADE WITH GREEK YOGURT, SMOKED SALMON AND CAPERS. SO IT’S ALMOST LIKE A MERGE OF THE LACK OF TRADITION AND BAGEL WITH LOX. ALL RIGHT. COOL. YEAH. SO IT’S SO FUN. THIS IS ALSO FROM FLORIDA. MEL, CAN I PERSONALLY LOVE LOT CAUSE EVEN THOUGH I DON’T CELEBRATE HANUKKAH? SO THIS IS A GREAT ALSO LIKE LIGHT LUNCH. IF YOU WANT ACTUALLY GREAT YET. DELICIOUS. AND AGAIN, YOU’RE PAIRING YOUR PROTEIN THERE WITH CARBS AND YOUR FIBER. I LOVE THAT. THIS IS ONE MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITES. AND I’M SURE YOURS HAS A HEALTHIER TWIST IN MIND. YES. SO THIS IS A CHRISTMAS PASTA SO ARE CALLING A CHRISTMAS GOT ALL THOSE COLORS. WE SPINACH IN THERE AND WE’VE GOT BOW TIE PASTA TOMATOES, RIGHT? AND WE’VE GOT CHEESE. AND NOW THIS ALSO HAS PARMESAN, WHICH IS A LOW LACTOSE CHEESE. SO IF SOMEBODY IS LACTOSE INTOLERANT AS ONE OF YOUR GUESTS, YOU CAN CHOOSE NOT TO USE THE MOZZARELLA. BUT THERE ARE LUCKILY THERE’S NOW. THESE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS FOR LACTOSE OR LOW LACTOSE. BUT THIS IS SUCH A FUN ONE. MY HUSBAND WAS DEVOURING. THIS IS GOING GOES OFF ON IT. DELICIOUS. AND AGAIN, A LITTLE BIT LIGHTER FARE MORE THAT SIDE DISH DURING YOUR HOLIDAY EATS. I LOVE THAT. IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS SOME SPANISH AND IT ALL KINDS OF GOODIES. EXACT IS ALL ABOUT COMBINING, THOUGH THAT NUTRITION I LOVE IT. AND I’M GUESSING SAFIYA YOU LIKE THIS ONE. THE BEST. MY RIGHT, NOAH. SO SHE ACTUALLY NOT A BIG FAN A LOT OF CHOCOLATE, BUT SHE LOVES LIKE STRAWBERRY MILK UP. SO THIS WE WOULD WANT TO DEVOTE ASSUAGE. SO THESE ARE CHOCOLATE SPOONS. AND SO FOR SOFIA, LIKE WE DO, WHITE CHOCOLATE SPREAD LOVE. THESE ARE FUN FOR HOT COCOA. AND SO WHAT YOU DO IS YOU MELT THE CHOCOLATE AND YOU ADD SOME SPRINKLES, TOO. AND IT’S FUN TO JUST KIND OF SWIRL AROUND IN YOUR HOT YOUR YOUR WARM MILK, RIGHT WITH A LITTLE BIT WHITE CHOCOLATE IN IT. >> AND IT’S JUST A GREAT WAY TO LIKE UNWIND AT THE END OF THE DAY.
