Drug maker sues to halt implementation of Arkansas’ new pharmaceutical distribution law (opens in new tab)

A major pharmaceutical manufacturer is suing the Arkansas Board of Pharmacy, seeking to stop implementation of a state law barring drug manufactures from restricting the availability of medication to a limited distribution network of out-of-state pharmacies.
