Frequently Asked Questions
Couldn’t this just be an email?
Yes, but Daily Done gives you view counts, reactions, comments, and a nice timeline view.
Do clients need to create an account?
Nope! Clients access updates via a simple link — no sign-up, no password, no friction. They can view updates, react, and comment instantly.
Can I invite team members?
Absolutely. Invite your team to your organization so everyone can post updates. Team members sign in with their own accounts.
Is there a free plan?
During the beta, Daily Done is completely free to use. There are limits to prevent abuse: 50 projects per organization and 200 updates per project. If we start charging in the future, there will be a free trial period.
What are the beta limits?
During beta, each organization can create up to 50 projects, and each project can have up to 200 updates. These limits help us manage resources during the beta period.
