U.S. order forces Anthropic to disable Fable, Mythos (opens in new tab)

Anthropic disabled worldwide access to its Fable 5 and Mythos 5 AI models after the Trump administration issued an export-control directive barring access by any foreign national, inside or outside the United States, including Anthropic employees who are not U.S. citizens.
