Fox Corp. agreed Monday to buy Roku in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at about $22 billion, including debt, in a deal that would combine Fox’s live news, sports and entertainment assets with Roku’s streaming platform, The Roku Channel, first-party data and access to more than 100 million global households.
