If Cordelia becoming part demon did more to her than just let her have visions safely what would you like to have seen? Like yeah maybe it’s not practical to say to Charisma Carpenter wear a tail prosthetic for the rest of your run but maybe occasionally when the budget allows spring for a I dunno a head frill or something you could even cheap out and just use one of those classic vampire flared collars it’d be fun have someone make a joke about how much of a couple it makes her and Angel look. Have a few episodes afterwards where she’s not used to any demon strength she might’ve gained and keeps breaking her favourite mug by putting it down too hard that kinda thing. (have her get a crossover episode with Buffy where she keeps pinging whatever latent Slayer sense they’re meant to have …

I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE SEEN A LOT PERSONALLY!!! It really does vex me that they made cordy half demon and then never let her be at all monster-y - as you said it doesn’t even necessarily need to be something you blow the whole budget on! my personal thinking/headcanon is that it would be fitting if the demon dna she got dosed with was the same kind of demon doyle was - I know it doesn’t rlly make sense with her powers but it would be nice if she at least looked kinda similar to him! so you could have her look human most of the time same as doyle and then just also have a demonic appearance that she occasionally pulls out/changes into without controlling it (I imagine it would take some getting used to…)
I do have some sketches from like a year ago of demon cordy designs trying to come up with something a bit like doyle’s demon form - I ended up really liking the idea of her with these whisker/quill type things, tho idk how practical that would actually be in the show
I also looooove the idea of her visiting sunnydale and setting off buffy’s spidey senses haha. it’s such a funny idea i’d pay to see buffy’s reaction to finding out cordy’s part demon
also imagining cordy in her demon form hanging out with angel in game face is sooooo. i love them . i love them so much. i also have sketches of that from a year ago too
