Satechi’s new Slim EX keyboards and mouse
These Satechi Slim EX accessories are designed for seamless use across macOS, Windows, Android, and iPadOS, with an emphasis on portability and fast multi-device switching.
The Slim EX Series consists of two wireless keyboards designed for different desk setups. The Slim EX3 Wireless Keyboard uses a full-size layout with a numpad and dedicated navigation keys, while the Slim EX1 Wireless Keyboard adopts a more compact form factor aimed at travel and smaller workspaces.
Both keyboards use scissor-switch keys and a powder-coated metal base, pairing a slim profile with a rigid, desktop-oriented feel.
Multi-device connectivity with OS-aware shortcuts
Each Slim EX keyboard supports up to four connected devices using three Bluetooth channels and a 2.4GHz USB-C dongle. Users can switch between devices instantly without re-pairing, making the keyboards well-suited for mixed Mac, PC, tablet, and phone environments.

Satechi says the keyboards automatically remap modifier keys when switching between macOS and Windows, allowing system shortcuts to remain familiar across platforms. Android and iPadOS devices are supported for connectivity, but do not use OS-specific key remapping.
Both keyboards feature USB-C charging and a removable battery. Satechi rates battery life at up to five weeks per charge under typical use, positioning the keyboards for hybrid work and mobile setups where frequent charging is inconvenient.
Slim EX Wireless Mouse completes the lineup
The Slim EX Wireless Mouse rounds out the series with a low-profile design focused on portability and extended work sessions. Like the keyboards, it supports two Bluetooth connections alongside a 2.4GHz USB-C dongle for quick switching between devices.

Satechi says the mouse uses quiet click switches, a precision-machined scroll wheel, and an anodized aluminum shell. It is rated for more than three million clicks, and its removable, USB-C rechargeable battery is designed to last several months on a single charge.
Pricing, colors, and availability
The Slim EX3 Wireless Keyboard is priced at $69.99, while the Slim EX1 Wireless Keyboard costs $49.99. The Slim EX Wireless Mouse is priced at $29.99. All three are available in Space Black or Silver.
Satechi is also planning Slim CEX bundles, pairing a keyboard and mouse with a single dongle. The CEX1 bundle, which includes the EX1 keyboard and mouse, is priced at $64.99, while the CEX3 bundle with the EX3 keyboard is priced at $84.99. Both bundles are scheduled to arrive in late Q1 2026.
The company is offering a 20% CES promotion through January 31 using a dedicated promo code.
