The German military announced on Monday that it has successfully trialled drone swarms using a reconnaissance and impact combination, AI-based software and loitering munitions. The experiment, conducted at the Altmark exercise ground in the state of Saxony-Anhalt, had set an “important milestone for the combat management of the future,” the Bundeswehr said.
