Russian security services want to organize "anti-war protests" in major Ukrainian cities. Their goal is to destabilize the situation within the country, according to Dmytro Lubinets, the Commissioner of the Ukrainian Parliament for Human Rights, on Telegram.

According to him, Russia wants to organize protest actions under the tentative name Against the War in Odesa, Dnipro, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Mykolaiv. They plan to involve mostly women on a "material basis," including mothers of fallen servicemen, mothers of prisoners of war, or of defenders who went missing.
