Funkalicious!
All of the sambals are distinctly different, but all are delicious. My favorite switches from week to week. My favorite thing to put sambal on is rice with a fried egg on top. OMG Sambal has an amazing amount of umami and funk, which is surprising for a vegan condiment. I love it so much!

Unique Singaporean!
The flavors are uniquely Singaporean/Malaysian and reminds me of home. I put it on everything: vegetable stir fries, noodle soup, cauliflower rice, etc.
