On a 2016 week-long trip to a cottage by the sea, I packed a small toolbox so my son and I could make stuff from driftwood. As I grabbed a chisel, rasp and knife, it occured to me it would be nice to have an awl, a ruler, a scraper, a square - yikes! Too much stuff to pack. So I fashioned this basic multitool out of a piece of scrap steel, brought it to the beach and an idea was born.
The SqWAYre found itself to be quite useful, in my hands, but was I the only one who would want it? I made 100 of them and offered them up to my maker friends. they sold out in 24 hours!
With the help of this first focus group’s insights, I redisigned it a little and the SqWAYre is still selling today.

You won’t find these tools in any of the other big evil-adjacent retail venues. You can only legitimately get my tools here. This might not be the best business model, but it’s just better that way, for everyone. Y’know?
