WHAT IS HAPPENING?
According to real-time outage trackers and user reports on social media, the issues began spiking approximately an hour ago. Players are reporting three primary issues:
- Infinite “Creating Squad” screens.
- Error Code [3-0x0001000B] (Server Connection Error).
- Random disconnects during Ranked matches, resulting in unjustified bans and MMR loss.
“I just got kicked from a Ranked game and banned for 60 minutes because the servers died,” one frustrated user posted on X (formerly Twitter). “Ubisoft needs to fix this immediately.”

UBISOFT’S RESPONSE
As of this writing, Ubisoft Support has acknowledged intermittent connectivity issues on their official channels. A statement on the Ubisoft Service Status page currently reads: “We are aware of an issue affecting connectivity for Rainbow Six Siege and are working towards resolving this.”
IS THERE A FIX?
While this appears to be a server-side failure that requires a patch or maintenance from Ubisoft, some players have found temporary success with the following workarounds:
- Restart Ubisoft Connect/Steam: Fully close the launcher (check your Task Manager to ensure it’s not running in the background) and restart it.
- Verify Game Files: Corrupted local files can sometimes conflict with server authentication during outages.
- Check Twitter/X: The official @UbisoftSupport handle often updates faster than the website.
WHEN WILL SERVERS BE BACK UP?
Historically, these types of outages—often caused by high player traffic or backend maintenance gone wrong—are resolved within 2 to 4 hours. However, with the recent seasonal update, stability has been a recurring concern for the community.
We will update this article continuously as servers come back online. Stay tuned.
