Toppling a regime like Iran’s will not be accomplished with one night of airstrikes from the US. It requires sustained pressure, air superiority, broad missile defense, and logistics. These things take time to prepare for and put into place. **

Israel learned the hard way during the 12-Day War that defending against large-scale ballistic missile attacks is extremely difficult, even with the world’s best air defenses. 34 Israelis were killed and billions of dollars in property damage is nothing to scoff at. **

In June, Iran only managed to launch around 1000 missiles. This time, it will be much worse. The regime will think its survival is at stake (which it is), and will launch everything in its arsenal, while also activating regional proxies like Hezbollah and the Houthis. **

Israel can’t do this alone and US strikes will affect Israel no matter what. A decisive campaign requires US Carrier Strike Groups (CSG) in theater not just to conduct airstrikes, but to help with missile defense. CSG’s allow Israel and the US to fight continuously. **

Whats the bottom line? The goal with this campaign will not be to “send a message.” The goal will be to breakthe regime decisively - that takes preparation and timing. When the US and Israel strike, and they will strike, they want one outcome: an end to the Islamic Republic. **

A Washington Post investigation reveals that during Operation “With the Wolf,” Israel systematically targeted the scientists leading the Iranian nuclear program, alongside attacks on facilities and infrastructure.

📌 In Israel, it was assessed that striking the facilities alone would not be enough to cause long-term paralysis of the program, so it was decided to also act against senior engineers and physicists involved in developing nuclear capabilities. For this purpose, a broad list of nuclear scientists was compiled and later narrowed to a small number of key scientists, each of whom had a detailed intelligence profile built over the years.

📌 At the outbreak of the war, 11 nuclear scientists were eliminated in the opening strike and in the days that followed. Simultaneously, a network of more than 100 local agents was activated inside Iran, some of whom took part in attacks against military bases after undergoing training outside Iran and began ground operations even before the air force entered Iranian airspace.

Several Hams terrorists crossed the yellow line in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood and reached about a kilometer from the border fence opposite Nahal Oz. An IDF drone identified them, followed them, and led forces from the 11th Reserve Brigade to capture them - and they were caught unarmed.

In their initial interrogation in the field, the terrorists led the force to a mosque that served as a Hams headquarters and training compound, which they planned to reach.

This is an exceptional text from a newspaper associated with the ruling center in Iran and with the “old guard” of the Islamic Republic. Essentially: a sharp and open criticism of Hams’s operation and the strategic outcomes of the war.

In summary, it admits that “Topan al-Aqsa” was a mistake from the start and that two years later it can be seen that it only caused damage to all parties involved in the “Resistance Axis.” Gaza itself was almost completely destroyed; 80% of the buildings were demolished, tens of thousands of civilians were killed, and hundreds of thousands were injured or became refugees. At the same time, Syria lost its position on the anti-Israel front and moved closer to the US and Israel, which is defined as “one of the greatest losses” of the axis.
