2 c. finely crushed pretzels 1/3 c. powdered sugar 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (9 oz.) frozen non-dairy frozen dairy topping 2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 egg, beaten 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water
Combine pretzels with 1/3 cup powdered sugar; press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan; bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
Combine softened cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar and egg, mixing until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on crust; chill.
Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water; add strawberries. Chill until partially set. Pour over cream cheese layer, chill until firm. Makes 15 servings.
