Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg (can do a flax egg)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Justin’s Mini Dark Chocolate PB cups (can use anything other chocolate you prefer here)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line cookie sheet with parchment paper
In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, coconut sugar, egg, vanilla and baking soda until well combined.
Scoop 2 TBSP of dough into a ball and set about 1 inch apart on cookie sheet
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately press Mini PB Cup into each cookie.
ENJOY!! :)
*Makes 12-14 cookies
