I saw 8-Bit Christmas recommended a lot leading up to Christmas this year. It seems like many have added it to their regular Christmas movie rotation and, now having seen it myself, I can see why many would make this a yearly watch.
I think we can all resonate with the feeling of being a kid leading into Christmas and being desperate to get your hands on the latest toys or games. For me it was an Xbox 360, the excitement to get my hands on the original Gears of War and Assassin's Creed was crazy. I might as well have been foaming at the mouth!

It's really interesting that the movie came out in 2021 but feels much older, if you told me this came out 20 years ago I would believe it.
