Today is a good day to order lunch. There is an 18 yuan coupon available, and I was looking at a 39 yuan chicken cutlet rice I had before. I clicked it, added to cart, accidentantly clicked so fast that I paid the order without confirming. There is a function called "pay without password" in the app I use, allowing users to pay without typing the password or fingerprint, saving time for people who are in a hurry.
But I was not in a hurry. I ordered lunch like I always do. But I didn’t notice that I forgot to use the 18 yuan coupon. When I realized, the order was already shipped. Meaning I couldn’t cancel the order nor ask for a refund. I was so upset at that time. I just lost 18 yuan.
After 10 minutes of frustration, I calmed myself down and thought of it clearly. I had already lost the money, I didn’t have to lose my temper. I started to think that I had a lesson cost 18 yuan. The lesson is called "don’t do anything in an app too fast especially when the app’s goal is to extract every dime in your pocket". Or I just consider it as a donation to those developers. They are following orders from their superiors, just like I was following my orders.
