I don’t know. I’ve been spending a lot of money, but generally I feel like the purchases have either been something I would buy later anyway or are actually something I’ve thought about and the purchase feels well considered. So I don’t regret the things. Primarily I bought new gym clothes, which was an expense I hated making, but what I had had become too small and literally there’s nothing worse than feeling bad in clothes at the gym...where they matter the absolute least lol

I’ve also bought some things for around the apartment and I’m really happy with how they’re functioning. I bought a new humidifier—I did not need a new one, but my previous one required filters, which I couldn’t buy anywhere local. The new one is just a tank that I’ll have to clean out more and more often; a trade I’m happy to make. I bought a speaker, too, to use with this old, old iPod that I have. No more streaming music, but I want something that’s not my TV or my laptop to listen to music on. I like getting back to objects doing one thing.
I think I’ve resolved to stay with MacBooks and iPhones, at least until my current MacBook and iPhone stop functioning. Then I’ll see what’s around. Hopefully, at the very least, iOS and Android will be fully interoperative. Whatever that will mean. I could leave behind macOS, but I like the MacBook hardware for right now. We’ll see if Apple degrades their hardware like they do with software. At least for a phone, my friends and family continue to be on iPhones, so that will just make the most sense for me.
On the other hand, I have two small piles of books to sell, but the bookstore near me is moving...so I have to wait till next month to see if they’ll take anything off my hands. I also have a pile of stuff to donate, but there’s nowhere near me for that. Such a hassle...I need to get a car and do some big trip to run a bunch of errands, but ugh
