This year’s contributions are once again quite varied. In addition to the usual Linux, Java, docker/containers, and security focus, this year I started looking into AI/LLM and worked on microcontrollers (specifically the Espressif platform with ESPHome).
What follows is a list of many of the pull requests I created this year. I won’t list the bug reports, but I assure you there are plenty of those as well. Gentoo: Linux distribution built using the Portage package management system. Unlike a binary software distribution, the source code is compiled locally according to the user’s preferences and is often optimized for the specific type of computer. Precompiled binaries are available for some larger packages or those with no available source code.
