Hyderabad: The state government has roped in Singapore-based global consultancy Surbana Jurong to prepare the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the development of Bharat Future City on the city outskirts, spread over 30,000 acres in its core phase, official sources said. The DPR will outline the zoning of various clusters across 15,000 acres, on the basis of which the state government will allocate land for education, health, IT, AI, sports, film city facilities and more.

Several reputed companies expressed interest in launching operations in Bharat Future City during the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 held earlier this month. However, project approvals will be through global tenders, sources added.
