I’ve been hard at work to make this project viable, and I believe I can finish it this time around! With the support of my Patreon, I’m able to work on this as a solo dev. Tailor Tales Cottina will be a cute game where you can farm, craft clothes, and romance the villagers (as DLC).
Tailor Tales is still getting worked on (Eeyok will released next week, and Zex, the next route, is in development), but now I will also start working on Tailor Tales Cottina. Having a working build with core systems intact is my primary goal for now. I’m using the Godot engine to make the game, and everything has to be made from scratch. It’s fun, but quite time consuming.
Still, I’m absolutely excited to share this with you all! All the new character designs, the cute art style, the farming system (very fun to play so far), and of course, we can’t forget the romance! This time around, I’ve heard your wishes; you can decide your gender, pronouns, and whoever you want to romance.
Note that base game Tailor Tales Cottina will be free to play, allowing you to romance the fox which is part of the main story. The other characters’ romance arc can be purchased through DLC.
