Azerbaijan has improved its position in the UEFA rankings, Apasport.az reports.
This was due to Qarabag’s victory over Germany’s Eintracht (Frankfurt) in the seventh round of the main stage of the UEFA Champions League.
The win earned the country an additional 0.500 coefficient. As a result, Azerbaijan moved up to 27th place with a total coefficient of 22.750.
Slovakia, currently in 28th place, has a coefficient of 22.375.
Note that England leads the UEFA ranking table with a coefficient of 106.991.
