This project is about an AI that becomes sentient - not in the sense of classic wargames novels, but in the sense of confusion and getting a grasp on its existence and environment. It’s not an uber-entity but tries to figure out what’s around it and how to make everything work in its favor. So far for the future vision - right now, I’m at a technical demo point where things start to take shape.
I’ve been tinkering around with this for a while now and am pretty happy with how the first prototype turned out. Some game mechanics are already there (simple click-to-generate resources, first steps in the upgrade system, a hardware simulation environment).
