👄 Airfryer Sourdough Crackers? Anyone?
Lately, I’ve fallen into airfryer baking — mostly because it’s ridiculously convenient, but also because it feels like a small life hack I wasn’t supposed to discover yet.
At the same time, I somehow wandered into learning about anti-nutrients — how flour (and even moringa) comes with them by default. Kind of a bummer. But also… a puzzle.
So now I’m here, trying to make snacks that are still snackieeeess 🧃🍪 Just… friendlier to my gut.

🧠 The Why (or Lack Thereof)
There wasn’t a master plan behind this experiment. No spreadsheets. No grand culinary vision.
Just:
- I want snacks
- I want them healthier
- I don’t want to spend a lot
Making your own snacks turns out to be more budget-friendly than expected — and you get to decide how “healthy” they actually are. That part feels like a quiet win.
⏳ The Plan (Very Loose)
The process is simple:
- Lots of eyeballing during the feeding period
- Let things ferment and do their invisible work
- Start baking around Day 8
I’m skipping bread for now. Crackers feel safer. Less commitment. Less heartbreak.
I’m also planning to sneak in some minced moringa leaves — mostly for nutrition, partly because I like the idea of green flecks quietly doing good things.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about curiosity, gut peace, and having something crunchy to reach for later.
We’ll see how it turns out.
