** SHADOW CODEX**

- Added a type of monster template, Amalgams, to make combat easier to manage with larger number of enemies. Page 58.
- Added a reminder for Tiers of Play on page 58.
- Updated lore bits for most Shadows, pages 59 to 63, using a template we made, which will be updated later.
- Added monster: Dark Champion, on page 61.
- All Shadows’ statistics, damage, and Vitality have been updated to reflect the changes to Tiers of Play. Pages 59 to 63.
- To accelerate monster management for Narrators, most abilities have received updated dice mechanics for a reduced amount of rolling per enemy Unit. Pages 59 to 63.
** NEXT UPDATE!**
- School mechanics and daily life overhaul for better social gameplay.
** NEW VISUALS PREVIEW**
We’ve been hard at work updating the game’s visuals to do something cool with it. The final goal is to make the PDF as interactive as possible, with clickable images, arrows, text, etc. Kinda like a visual novel!
Pink, turquoise and black are still the main colors for the "Menus" and large titles, and we’ve added dark blue for some backgrounds (instead of black).

The above two images are part of the Tutorial, which is the first section of the book. It is kinda built to include game mechanics in an interactive way, where the player(s) follow along, exploring a story, the base mechanics of the game, and creating their character. Quite like the first tutorial in a turn-based RPG! A couple of these will be included to explain some of the base mechanics in the appropriate sections.

Some smartphone discussions will be included in some places to give some examples of discussions between characters, without them always being big stories! The ooze border will have various unique designs all over the book (when it is there at all). We are exploring both white and dark backgrounds depending on the vibe.

Some cards ideas to include all available activities for your characters to do, or maybe for abilities, we are not sure yet!
