Cryptographic ALU is an important resource that Warframe players will need for the Razorback Armada event. If you want to get access to the Razorback and take part in that boss fight, you will need to farm some of this waste product. This is how to get it.

How to get Cryptographic ALU in Warframe

Cryptographic ALU is gotten from enemies in Corpus Archwing missions on Jupiter or Neptune and from Railjack missions in Venus Proxima, Neptune Proxima, and Veil Proxima, but only during the Razorback Armada event. Galiliea on Jupiter is a good option for newer players and should drop 2-4 ALU per run, while Salacia on Neptune makes more sense for players who have leveled up their Archwing gear and will drop up to 12 ALU per run.

If you can do these missions on Steel Path difficulty, then there will be an increased dropchance for Cryptographic ALU, and the drop rate is also impacted by Boosters, if you have an active one.

Unless you already have access to your Railjack, I would focus on the Archwing missions, as they are quick and easier to get access to. If you do not have your Archwing yet, you need to complete the Mars Junction on Earth and then complete the Archwing Quest that will be unlocked in your Codex.
