This document does not describe a solution. It does not propose an implementation, a mechanism, or an optimization strategy for a social platform. It exists only to mark why this product is allowed to exist at all, and to state the conditions under which it must refuse continuation.

This product places its wager on a single premise: that a relationship can exist without being resolved. Not improved. Not clarified. Not escalated. No outcome is implied. It is permitted that two entities remain adjacent to the same thing, be altered by it, and yet owe each other no synthesis and no outcome. Meaning does not depend on closure, and coexistence does not require explanation.

Any system that assumes relationships are problems to be solved, processes to be optimized, or paths that must arrive is structurally incompatible with this product. Accordingly, the product disallows four modes of platform behavior: extraction, retention, intervention, and convergence. These are not values or intentions; they are prohibited system states. Any feature, incentive, or structural pressure that steers interaction toward these states lies outside the boundary of the product.

The product does not promise connection, engagement, resolution, alignment, or consensus. It allows presence without progression. Visibility is not treated as an outcome, a reward, or a right, but as a contingent event that occurs unevenly and without guarantee. The system may surface, order, or recommend content, but it does not guarantee visibility.
