How is API usage measured?
API usage is tracked by counting API calls. Every successful request your application makes to TrustPath’s API counts as one call. You can monitor your real-time usage through our dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my API call limit?
If you go over your plan’s API call limit, API access will be paused until your next billing cycle starts. We recommend upgrading to a higher tier to avoid service interruptions.
Do unused API calls carry over to the next month?
No, API calls don’t roll over. Your call count resets at the start of each billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can switch between plans anytime through your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is adjusted accordingly.
What is your cancellation policy?
