“Indiana Jones and the Great Circle,” “Ghost of Yōtei” and “Split Fiction” are among the ten titles contending for Best Game among the 64 games listed in the 2026 BAFTA Games Awards Longlist. The list is comprised of titles across seventeen different categories, selected from over 255 games by over 1,700 BAFTA members working in the industry.

The other Best Game contenders are “ARC Raiders,” “Blue Prince,” “Clair Obscur: Expedition 33,” “Death Stranding 2: On The Beach,” “Dispatch,” “Hades II” and “Hollow Knight: Silksong.”

In addition to Best Game, the categories that make up the longlist are Animation, Artistic Achievement, Audio Achievement, British Game, Debut Game, Evolving Game, Family, Game Beyond Entertainment, Game Design, Multiplayer, Music, Narrative, New Intellectual Property, Performer in a Leading Role, Performer in a Supporting Role and Technical Achievement.

The longlisted games will progress to the second round of voting, which determines the official nominations. BAFTA members begin voting for the nominations in Best Game and British Game categories in February, with specialist BAFTA juries voting for the remaining categories. The nominees will be announced on March 12. Winners will then be announced at the BAFTA Games Awards ceremony on April 17.
