The Amazfit Helio Strap isn’t perfect, with some small heart rate accuracy issues, weak haptic alarms, cheaper components and readiness stats that doesn’t quite have the depth of Whoop’s system. However, it’s a terrific value, generally very accurate fitness tracker with great battery life and no subscription required. If you want a Whoop but can’t stomach the price, this could be the fitness tracker for you.
