Agile is not just a method or a set of principles for software development; it can also be considered a type of soft skill.

While the waterfall model can be characterized as plan-driven or process dogmatism, Agile could be deemed as experimentalism. Rather than getting bogged down by "work for work’s sake" such as planning or processes, Agile prioritizes quick exploration and learning.

Of course, not all tasks can be covered by exploration alone. Once things become "visible" through exploration, it’s necessary to move on to a phase of proper execution, which is challenging to achieve through mere exploration.
