HoneycombPhiNet – Hyperbolic Φ Lattice & Minimal Universe Generator

A Python prototype for hierarchical computing in hyperbolic space, featuring a 37-dimensional golden-angle honeycomb lattice and the ability to bootstrap entire minimal computing universes directly from binary strings.
