This AI strategy consulting work involves digital transformation strategy, business process optimization, and operational AI implementation.
• Share my AI-powered health blueprint: Using wearables (Whoop, Garmin, Polar) and CGMs, I’ve cut my biological age by six years in months. The approach: discipline, data, and the right tools—no fads.
