How I Use AI to Solve Problems

Most people still default to Reddit or Google for “How do I do X” questions. This is slow and unreliable. A better approach is to learn how to think with AI.

A basic prompt structure: “I’m trying to do X. I’ve attempted Y. How would you approach this?”

That works for simple problems. Complex problems require a different method.

Real example

I recently saw someone asking this question online: “How do I build nice looking UIs with AI? Mine always look like generic slop.”

This seems like a reasonable question to ask strangers. It’s not. This person hasn’t learned to use AI as a thinking tool. Here’s how I’d solve it.
