I bought this laptop one month ago. It has worked well. Two days ago, it experienced its first BSOD. It happened when I used a program that I have used daily for a few years. I have used this program on my previous laptop, and using it never triggered any BSOD. It may well be a complete coincidence that the BSOD happened at the same time I used the program.

I had an external HDD connected to my laptop & when I chose to eject it through the program, the BSOD happened.

Here are the .dmp files that V2 Log Collector produced. It is the first time I have ever tried sharing anything with OneDrive. I hope I have done it correctly...
