Well, here we are. It’s Christmas Eve! This has been a big shift in how I do things – 24 reviews, one per day for 24 days. Didn’t know what I was reviewing until I opened the package each morning. Usually I have lead time, but not this time. I got up, did a video of opening the door, then shooting package photos, editing, then doing what I’m doing right now – editing the post. Next will be cooking it up, then shooting more pictures, editing them, then editing the video and scheduling, posting and boom – all done. Well, here we are. It’s Christmas Eve! This has been a big shift in how I do things – 24 reviews, one per day for 24 days. Didn’t know what I was reviewing until I opened the package each morning. Usually I have lead time, but not this time. I got up, did a video of opening the door, then shooting package photos, editing, then doing what I’m doing right now – editing the post. Next will be cooking it up, then shooting more pictures, editing them, then editing the video and scheduling, posting and boom – all done. Usually, I break it over two days – edit images the day before, cook the next day and then do images for the next day after that. I guess we will see how I do it going forward. What’s certain is I’m so far ahead – like six months ahead. So, maybe doing one review per day and skipping the weekends might work well.
I want to thank Nissin Germany for sending this advent calendar – I didn’t know if they were going to and it arrived just in time to start it – that was awesome! It’s been a lot of fun – they did send one last year and I figured it’d bee about the same, but it certainly wasn’t and there were a lot of new ones to review like this one for today. Very cool!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added narutomaki, mayonnaise, scallion, sauteed chicken, sesame seed, and egg. Noodle hydrated very well. Gauge is great. Flavor is a kind of smoky grilled chicken. Lots of nice veg. Savory and good. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 5997523315870.
