Samsung is reportedly in the early stages of producing AI space computing chips for SpaceX's satellite chip ambitions. SpaceX plans to build satellites in space that process and beam data back to Earth. TSMC has also been named as a manufacturing partner. Early-stage chip production could include anything from prototype silicon to limited qualification runs.
