Red Line riders have dying trains. Blue Line riders have trains that are fine, but they still get delayed because the signals aren’t. At 6:38 a.m., the MBTA announced delays of up to ten minutes due to signal problems, this time between Orient Heights and Suffolk Downs. The T declared the signals fit as a fiddle at 9:19.
