Hello there, I am a professional magician and I can’t seem to find the note-taking system that fits my needs. I need your help, and please forgive my english. Ignore the image for now, it’s how I first set up my vault.

First, I’ll explain you what I need to wrote in there : I read and watch a lot of ressources about magic that I want to keep summaries of. What I learn in there can either be a techniques, a concept, an essay, or the structure of a trick. I also use my notes to script my tricks and acts. It can be a little script or the sum of little scripts building a whole act.

For now, I’ve got a folder for my learning ressources (01). Here are parents notes about a book for example that links to smaller notes about individual concept or tricks that sits in folder (02). Folder (03) are where I put all my script, backlinking to individual concept that helped created them. (04) is for social content, not used for now. (05) have notes for each Author containing links to their correspondant ressources. (06) Dashboard not used for now, I was thinking about followings tasks or things like that in their.

So I tried something but I can see the folder structure becoming a burden with more notes and I think it misses a lot of organical connexion in between individual notes. Might add categories or tags but I don’t know where to look first. Also wondering if bases for a folder like Ressources (01) can be good.

And advice on what path (method, plugins) might be interresting for my use case ? Thanks !
