- Rich Text Notes feature a clean WYSIWYG editor powered by TipTap. It comes with full Markdown support and syntax highlighting, making it easy to write and format the way you like.
- Sharing allows collaboration with other users on your instance. You can also share individual notes or checklists publicly using shareable links.
- File-Based Storage removes the need for a database. Everything is saved as Markdown and JSON files inside one directory, making it simple to back up or move to another server.

Final Notes and Thoughts
I’ve started using Jotty for more than just notes and checklists. It’s where I drop little snippets of code I don’t want to lose and the Docker Compose stacks I use often. Having them all in one spot on my own server makes life a lot easier. I don’t have to hunt around or dig through old files and it’s just there when I need it. That’s why Jotty has become part of my daily routine.
