AntiStaggerLock is a plugin that fixes a problem that really annoyed me in my modlist. It lets you apply an immunity cooldown when a stagger happens. It takes impact magnitude into account and differentiates between melee attacks, spells, and projectiles, so the behavior stays consistent across all types of combat.
It works globally for the Player, NPCs, and creatures. The performance impact is basically zero.
