Your chance to get the list right

For the past five years, the team at RPS have got together to pick what we consider to be the best 100 games you can play on PC. There’s very little science involved, and we try not to get too hung up on what games should make the cut. From year to year, our rankings and choices vary wildly as the formation and tastes of the team changes.

For the past five years, the team at RPS have got together to pick what we consider to be the best 100 games you can play on PC. There’s very little science involved, and we try not to get too hung up on what games should make the cut. From year to year, our rankings and choices vary wildly as the formation and tastes of the team changes.
We’ve just finished revealing what we currently consider to be the Best PC Games of All Time and now it’s your turn.
Using this Google form (which is also embedded below), you can submit up to ten votes for your favourite PC games of all time. Your votes will be tallied up with all the other votes from RPS’s readers and we will produce a list of the community’s top 100.
Now, a note on scoring. The game you put in 10th place will be awarded one point, 9th place will be worth two, 8th place will be worth three, and so on until you reach your #1 pick, which will be worth ten points. Please write the full game name (and include the year of release if there are multiple titles in a series with the same name, such as Doom (1993) and Doom (2016). If in doubt, check how the game is titled on Steam).
This year, to create a greater variety of games on the list, I will be combining series scores. This means, if one reader votes for Civilization IV and another votes for Civilization VI, the scores of both will be combined and the entry will be for Civilization. I will share the breakdown of the votes for each title in the entry, so you can see which was most popular within the series.
We also invite you to tell us why you’ve chosen each game. This is entirely voluntary, you can simply enter the game titles if you would prefer. However, I’ll choose a selection of what readers have said about winning games so we can better understand why the RPS community loves these games. Try not to write any more than 100 words and if you have more to say you can always drop it in the comments of the list when we publish it later this year.
To cast your votes, please make sure you complete this form by 5pm GMT on Sunday, December 14th.
Thanks again, and happy voting!
