SteamOS 3.8 released with new base system, kernel, and Steam Machine support (opens in new tab)

has been released, upgrading the Arch system base, Linux kernel, and graphics drivers for improved performance and security. This release adds initial support for new Steam Machine hardware and includes fixes for display, controller, Bluetooth, and WiFi issues. Expanded compatibility with non-Deck devices and BIOS updates for Steam Deck models are also part of the update. |
