This paper proposes and analyzes a fractional-order SVIR epidemic model based on a hybrid Mittag-Leffler-Caputo-Fabrizio (MLCF) fractional operator with a nonsingular kernel. This model captures short- and long-term memory effects in epidemic transmission dynamics.
