This 1967 DeTomaso Vallelunga is one of approximately 50 Ghia-built production examples of De Tomaso’s first series production model built between 1965 and 1967. Chassis 136 is believed to have been delivered new to the US, where it was purchased in 1987 by a former US Army surgeon and collector of Italian cars who reportedly discovered it on a trip to Northern California and remained its steward for several years.
