Statler Dallas sibling will bring first lifestyle hotel to Addison (opens in new tab)

There's an opening date on a new hotel coming to Addison from a well-known Dallas developer: Called Hotel Dax, it's from Centurion American Development Group, owner of the Statler hotel in downtown Dallas, and it'll open at 14315 Midway Rd. at the northwest corner of Spring Valley Road on April 10.
