0003008: CLI: option to specify crop-fill (opens in new tab)

CLI option to have input video fill frame completely (whether that be cropping top and bottom or left and right to fill frame) Example: input video (1.78) crops top and bottom to fit inside a Flat (1.85) container. Example: input video (2.39) crops left and right to fit inside a Flat (1.85) - not that this would happen often, but still would be nice to have as a feature.
