Does N531AS always fly around with its junk hanging out? (opens in new tab)

Seen while taking test photos with a new phone from my Deck. Am roughly 11 miles from approach and have never seen an airplane going over me with its gear down before. Here I can make out nose gear only w/no main. Saw no references of incident, plane took off later in the evening for its next destination. Flying as AS7 WCA → STL over St. Peters, MO at 2026-06-21 01:01:00 UTC.
