The fund that pays America's retirement benefits will run dry in late 2032, a year earlier than forecast, the Social Security trustees said Tuesday, with the program's own actuary pointing in part to Trump's tax law. Without action, benefits would drop to 78 percent, an average cut of about $500 a month for tens of millions of retirees.
